1. How do I start using Automatio?

To get started with Automatio:

  1. Create an account and install the Automatio Chrome Extension to set up your workspace.
  2. Once you're ready, follow the Quick Start Guide to build and run your first automation.

2. Where can I view and manage my bots?

All your bots (referred to as instances) are located in the Instances section of the dashboard. Here, you can start, stop, edit, or delete any bot. For more details, visit the Managing Instances page.


3. How do I export my scraped data?

You can export data in CSV or JSON formats, or send it directly to Google Sheets from the Data Preview section. Learn more on the Data Management and Exporting page.


4. How can I reuse a bot for similar tasks?

Save your bot as a Template to quickly reuse it for recurring tasks. Templates allow you to deploy bots with minimal adjustments. Visit the Templates Overview to learn more.


5. How do I update my payment method or subscription plan?
